Mission/Vision/Purpose Tim Mills, a 17-year veteran of Local 1183 in the District of North Vancouver, started firefighter Holiday Exchange. Tim has had the good fortune of being able to travel to many different locations in North America. Tim thought it would be great if fellow brothers and sisters could take vacations and save the expense of accommodations by home exchanging. The money you save will enable you to enhance your vacation and afford you the opportunity to enjoy world-class cities around North America and the World. Firefighter holiday exchange membership is open to fellow professional firefighters active and retired throughout Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Netherlands and Ireland.
